●Research
In the recent materials science field, it is important to see the materials from a microscopic viewpoint. For such purpose, quantum mechanics is required. In this research group, basic research on the analysis of the various kinds of properties of solid state materials using quantum mechanics have been investigated. Especially, influence of an inclusion of defects and/or dopants on the properties of mateials in an atomic scale are studied both experimentally and computationally.
